At about 12:26am, on Thursday, November 11, 2010, officers from Area B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of 22 Fessenden Street. On arrival, officers located a victim, a 35 year-old black male, outside the above mentioned address suffering from what appeared to be a multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, suffering from life threatening injuries, was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced. 

The Boston Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is urged and encouraged to contact the Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470.
