DEATH INVESTIGATION AT 795 WASHINGTON STREET, DORCHESTER
About 4:35PM today, May 20, 2010, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to 795 Washington St. in Dorchester for a person shot.
On arrival, officers located a 24-year old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center suffering life-threatening injuries. The victim succumbed to his injuries after arriving at the hospital and was pronounced.
The Boston Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating the facts and circumstances of this incident.
