This afternoon, the Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested suspect, Nigel A. Nichols, 24, of Brockton and charged him with Accessory after the Fact: Murder.

On March 29, 2009, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for shots fired at 41 Mount Ida Road in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were all transported to local hospitals where they eventually succumbed to their injuries.

After a lengthy and through investigation, officers were able to determine the cause of death and identify the suspects involved. Suspect , Nigel A. Nichols will be arraigned at Suffolk Superior Court on Monday, January 18, 2010.
