DAIIY INCIDENTS FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2008

Nudity Lands One Behind BarsYesterday afternoon around 1:30PM, an officer performing a detail in the area of 60 School Street arrested suspect, Aaron Boutte, 28, of Revere and charged him with Open and gross Lewdness.
The officer while performing a detail was approached by several witnesses and alerted that there was a male walking up the street who was naked. The witnesses, who were clearly shocked and alarmed at the fact that an individual was walking in the street naked at this time of day, pointed the officer in the direction of the suspect. The officer walked in the direction that he was pointed in and observed he suspect walking on the sidewalk on School St. toward Tremont St. completely naked and waving his arms as onlookers stared in amazement.
The officer approached the suspect and attempted to place him under arrest when he became combative and struggled with the officer before he was placed in handcuffs. During the entire incident, traffic was in gridlock and there were hundreds of people who witnessed the suspect and his actions.
Loud Party and Disrespectful Behavior Lands Suspect in Jail
This morning around 12:52AM, officers from District D-14 (Allston and Brighton) responded to a loud party/noise call at 38 Gardner St. in Allston.
On arrival, officers spoke to an individual who resided at the residence. Officers directed the tenant to have everyone that did not live there to leave due to the noise complaint. The officer then attempted to go in and ensure that everyone left when the tenant assaulted the officer and told him that he could not come in. The officers then cleared the house and in so doing determined that there were several underage people that had been in the house drinking.
The suspect, Samuel R. Gibbons, 20, of Brighton was arrested and charged with Keeper of a Disorderly, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer.
Sausage Craving Leads to Robbery
This morning around 2:35AM, officers from District A-1 (Downtown Boston) in the area of Surface Rd. and Hanover Ave. were alerted by a passerby that there was a robbery around the corner.
Officers quickly responded to the scene and there observed two people fighting on the sidewalk. As the officer approached the fight, one of the two parties immediately took off and fled into the Rose Kennedy Park pursued by the other party that was involved in the fight. The officer pursued both parties and successfully stopped both of them in the park. There, the officer spoke to both parties and determined that the individual who had fled first robbed the other one who chased after him. The victim told officers that he approached the suspect and asked him where he could buy a sausage. The victim stated the suspect accompanied by three other males then lured him into an alley where they knocked him to the ground, held him down and stole his wallet.
The suspect denied stealing the victim’s wallet but officers were able to find the victim’s
wallet when they followed the path that the suspect had taken when he ran from officers. The suspect, Billy K. Egleston, 32, of Charlestown was arrested and charged with Unarmed Robbery, and Possession of Class D for marijuana that he is believed to have had in his possession.
