At approximately 3:37am on Wednesday, November 21, 2007, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 519 Geneva Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located Ruben L. Najera, 27, of Quincy suffering from a stab wound. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center where he subsequently succumbed to his injuries.As a result of a tireless and thorough investigation, today detectives from the Boston Police Department’s Homicide & Special Investigations Units, collaborating with the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office arrested Emiliano Galicia, 42, of Chelsea. He is charged with Murder and will be arraigned tomorrow in Dorchester District Court.
