LOUD MUSIC LEADS TO FOUR ARRESTS IN ROXBURYAt about 12:28am, on Sunday, September 16, 2007, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a complaint for loud noise and music at 142 St. Alphonsus Street. On arrival, officers estimated about 30 to 40 people were inside the location. Upon gaining entry into the apartment, officers observed a number of individuals in possession of alcoholic beverages. Officers also arrested Justin Yost, 22, of Boston; Andrew Medeiros, 22, of Boston, and Anthony Totire, 21, of Boston and charged all three for being Keepers of a Disorderly House. As officers were approaching the location, officers could hear loud music coming from inside the location. Upon gaining entry into the apartment, officers observed empty beer cans scattered throughout the apartment. After locating the residents of the apartment, officers arrested Kevin Borer, 20, of Boston; Benjamin Van Selous, 19, of Boston; Brandon Holley, 19, of Boston and Michael Conry, 20, of Boston, and charged all four for being Keepers of a Disorderly House. DISORDERLY HOUSE LEADS TO TWO ARRESTS IN ROXBURY At about 12:41am, on Sunday, September 16, 2007, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a loud party at 1548 Tremont Street. On arrival, officers could hear loud music emanating from the above-mentioned address. Upon gaining entry into the apartment, officers observed empty beer cans sprinkled throughout the location. After locating the residents of the apartment, officers arrested Julia Burkhardt, 21, of Boston and Kyle Siconolfi, 21, of Boston and charged both for Being Keepers of a Disorderly House. BUYING BOOZE FOR MINORS NEVER A GOOD IDEA At about 12:35am, on Saturday, September 15, 2007, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a loud party at 1540 Tremont Street. On arrival, officers observed approximately 15 to 20 individuals standing on the rear porch, drinking alcoholic beverages. After gaining entry into the apartment, officers were confronted by an individual who yelled, ”Who let you in?” Officers then asked this individual if he lived in the apartment. When the individual answered in the affirmitive, officers arrested Paul Tirone, 23, of Roxbury and charged him for being the Keeper of a Disorderly House and Procuring Alcohol for Minors. Officers also arrested Michael Viera, 23, of Roxbury and Neil Matheson, 23, of Roxbury, both residents of the apartment, and charged both for being Keepers of a Disorderly House.
