Suspect Arrested After StabbingYesterday at 2:12pm, officers from District B-2 responded to a radio call for a person with a knife at 310 Blue Hill Avenue. On arrival, officers observed the victim being treated by Boston EMS for a stab wound to the side.
Officers were informed that two motor vehicle came to a stop in front of the Stop and Shop and was engaged in a verbal dispute, which turned physical. The suspect pushed the victim to ground and stabbed him. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and is in serious condition.
Rafael Milan, 32, of the South End was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) and Affray.
Three Arrested For Unarmed Robbery
Yesterday evening at 6:19pm, officers from District E-13 were on patrol in the area of 3091 Washington Street and observed a female fighting with a male and female. As officers approached the individuals fighting one of the suspects continued to punch the victim in the head and body while the second suspect was holding her. On approach the two suspects fled into 3091 Washington Street. Officers spoke with victims, who stated that the two suspects that fled into 3091 Washington Street robbed them of cash. Both victims stated they went to load some money to a guy and when they arrived at the above-mentioned address they were attacked and robbed by the suspects.
Officers made several attempts to make contact with the suspect inside the apartment. As officers were about to make entry into the apartment one of the suspects open the door. Officers placed her under arrest and asked her if anyone else was present and she stated “No”. Officers were making a protective sweep of the apartment when the second suspect emerged from a rear bedroom. Further investigation revealed that a third suspect assisted the two suspects as they were assaulting the victim.
Three Roxbury residents were charged with Unarmed Robbery. 50-year-old Alfred Billingsley, 24-year-old Latoya Dixon and 20-year old Mathew Lewis-Grant were all arrested.

Last night around 7:13pm, officers from District B-3 responded to a radio call for shots fired on Rosedale Street. Officers were update with another 911 call for a person shot at 41 Rosedale Street. On arrival, officers were informed that the victim was placed inside of a vehicle, which fled down Rosedale Street towards Whitfield Street. The vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Park and Thane Streets, where officers found the victim in the back seat suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and is in serious but stable condition.
Suspect Caught in the Act of Smashing Window
This morning at 1:55am, officers from District C-6 responded to a radio call for someone being stabbed at 385 W Broadway Street. Officers were unable to locate anyone at that location. Officers proceeded to 57 L Street where the 911 had originated. As the officers pulled into the driveway, they observed a male with a big boulder in his hands approach one the gas stations window, which has already been smashed several times. When the suspect observed the officer he dropped the boulder and attempted to flee.
