Today at 1:36pm, officers from District E-18 with the assistance of Dedham Police executed an arrest warrant at Readville and Knights Street. Officer arrested Gene Kerswell, 47, of Hyde Park on charges of Support Order Fail to Comply and Child Support Leave Comm. without.Mr. Kerswell owes fifty thousand dollars in back child support and was on the Massachusetts Ten Most wanted for failure to pay child support. Mr. Kerswell will be arraigned on Monday at West Roxbury Court.
