UPDATE: As a result of additional evidence, charges against this individual were dropped at his arraignment. Yesterday at 6:00pm. Tyshawn Woodley, 19, of Dorchester was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon and Assault with Intent to Murder in connection with this weekend’s shooting incident on Glenarm Street.
At about 10:00pm, on Saturday, July 14, 2007, officers from Area B-3 (Mattapan/North Dorchester) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of 2 Glenarm Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located two individuals, 15 year-old and 16 year-old, males suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were immediately transported to the Boston Medical Center where they were treated for non life-threatening injuries.
This investigation is ongoing.
