Armed Robbery of BusinessLast night at 8:40pm, officers from District E-5 responded to a radio call for a man with a gun at 4254 Washington Street. On arrival, officers observed the victim bleeding from the nose. Officers spoke with the victim who stated that she was, purchasing an item at the Nextel store when a black male, 5’-11,” wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans and armed with a shotgun ordered her to floor. The victim stated that as the suspect ordered her to the floor, the suspect grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. The second and third victims were then ordered to the back of the store. The suspect grabbed cash from the register and fled the store in the direction of Poplar Street. A second suspect was described as a black male with dreadlocks wearing white sneakers.
Person Shot in South Boston
Last night at 11:14pm, officers from District C-6 responded to a radio call for a person shot at 444 West 4th Street. On arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated, “I’ve been shot in the right wrist”, “I don’t know who did it”. The victim further stated that the suspect drove by in a dark colored motor vehicle and fired shots at him from the motor vehicle. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for a non-life threatening injury.

This morning at 10:51am, officers from District C-11 responded to a radio call for an armed robbery at 1707 Dorchester Avenue. On arrival, officers spoke with a victim who stated a black male, medium build, wearing a gray shirt, black pants, and black sneakers walked into the gas station and asked for a cigarette. The victim told the suspect that cigarettes cost three dollars and twenty-five cents and the suspect responded, “Give me all your money”. The victim further stated that his money and cell phone were taken from his pockets. A second victim came out of the office and the suspect took an unknown amount of cash from the second victim’s pocket as well. The suspect then fled the gas station in the direction of King Street.
