Woman Arrested on WarrantYesterday morning at approximately 11:00am, officers from District B3 arrived at 1165 Blue Hill Avenue on a warrant for Damika Neal, 29, of Dorchester. Neal was arrested and charged with Illegal Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition as well as Improper Storage of a Firearm.
Shots Fired Leads to One Gun Arrest
While in the area of Woodrow and Blue Hill Avenues last evening, officers from District B3 heard three shots fired. The officers observed three unknown black males walking in the vicinity of the scene and attempted to stop them for a threshold inquiry. One of the suspects fled from the officers but was eventually apprehended after a short foot pursuit. A loaded black revolver was found near the suspect after his arrest. Paul Goode, 23, of Dorchester, was charged with Resisting Arrest and Unlawful Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Ammunition.
Four Drug Arrests at Ashmont T Station
While in the area of the Ashmont MBTA station at Bailey Street and Dorchester Avenue, officers in the Citywide Night Drug Control Unit observed four unknown white suspects partaking in behavior consistent with drug distribution. After conducting a motor vehicle stop of the suspects’ car, officers found two syringes and a plastic bag of suspected heroin. Stephen Benoit, 38, of Fitchburg and Jonathan Lang, 28, of Framingham, were both arrested and charged with Possession of Class A Drugs. Robert Lang, 20, of Natick and Cliff Schmidt, 22, of South Boston were both charged with Being in Company of Person in Possession of Heroin.
