Loud Party Lands One in JailDistrict 4 officers broke up a loud party this morning at 34 Medfield Street in the Fenway. Upon hearing the music, officers went to the second floor landing and could see about 40 people drinking inside. Officer asked the group to leave and one guest became confrontational towards the officers. William Carpenter, 23, of Vermont was arrested and charged with being a disorderly person.
Brighton Business Robbed of Night Deposit
Last night at 10:02pm officers in District 14 went to 60 Everett Street for a robbery report. Two males approached the victim outside the store, one armed with a gun demanding the bag of money the victim was holding. After getting the bag of loot, both suspects fled on foot. A search was made to no avail. This investigation is ongoing.
3 Guns, 3 Arrested in 3 Different Incidents
At 2:40pm yesterday an officer working traffic detail in Jackson Square heard gunshots coming from the area of the T-station. The officer observed a male running across Columbus Avenue towards Ritchie Street with witnesses pointing at him. The officer chased the male and caught him at Columbus Avenue and Ritchie Street. A pat down of the suspect revealed a loaded handgun in his coat pocket. A search of the Jackson Square T-station revealed two spent shell casings. Arrested was a 16-year-old juvenile male from Boston. No injuries were reported.
Then at 7:59pm, officers in the Youth Violence Strike Force, acting on a tip stopped a car in the area of 21 Fessenden Street. Inside the car was 23-year-old Antoine Mack of Mattapan in possession of a loaded .357 magnum handgun. Mack was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of the gun and ammunition.
At 5:16pm, officers in the Youth Violence Strike Force stopped and arrested Decourcy Belle, 17 of Roxbury outside 125 Homestead Street. Belle was caught carrying a loaded .22 caliber revolver after running from the officers during a field interrogation.
