On Wednesday April 19, 2006, officers from District 3 responded to 11 Clarkwood Street, Mattapan with reports of a person shot. Officers located a male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to Boston Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. He has been identified as 25-year-old Kevin Lee, formerly of Boston and more recently of Rhode Island.
