About 4:50pm January 15, 2006, officers from District 11 responded to 248 Bowdoin Street for a person shot. An 18-year-old Hispanic male was taken to Boston Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the right arm. According to the victim, he was walking on Hamilton Street and was approached by a car with a group of males inside. One of the occupants shot at the victim striking his arm. His injuries are not life threatening and no suspects have been arrested. This investigation is ongoing.
