Officers from District 2 responded to a large party at 146 Hillside Street this morning at about 02:05. On arrival, officers observed Miles Heath Disney, 22, of Brookline at the front tire of a marked Boston Police cruiser. As the officers approached Disney, he fled on foot down Hillsdale Street. Officers were able to stop Disney at about 158 Hillside Street. According to a witness on scene, Disney walked to the marked cruiser and slashed the front and rear driver’s side tires. He proceeded to the passenger side of the cruiser when the officers approached him and he fled. Disney was placed under arrest and found to be in possession of a weapon in his hand. Disney is charged with Destruction of Personal Property, Dangerous Weapons Unlawfully Carried, and Disorderly Conduct.Officers then entered an apartment located at 146 Hillside Street and observed a large party with open containers of alcohol and loud music playing. Police arrested Paul Jefferson Czarnioka, 20, of Roxbury; Reid Sayre Schwartz, 22, of Roxbury; and Jesse Shane Gallagher, 25, of Leverett. All three are charged with Procuring Alcohol for a Minor, and Keeper of a Disorderly House. All four will be arraigned in the Roxbury District Court on Monday morning.
