Four Arrested in Operation Dial A Date

At about 10:45 this morning, officers from District 7 conducted a prostitution investigation. This operation was designed and put into effect to enhance the quality of life for the residents of East Boston. Officers assigned to this operation responded to 247 Bennington Street where they were spoke with Luis Gimenez, 41, of East Boston who told the officers that the house would be open for business at about 11:15 hours. The undercover officer returned to the address at 11:30 hours, rang the doorbell to an apartment and was greeted and allowed into the apartment by Antonio Sepulveda, 46, of East Boston. The undercover officer gave Sepulveda an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency for sex. Sepulveda proceeded to the kitchen area where he recorded information into a notebook and handed a marble to the undercover officer. He told the officer to give the marble to the girl for sex. At this point, back up officers entered the apartment and arrested Sepulveda and charged him with Support from a Prostitutes Earnings. Police also arrested Denyanira Soto-Pichardo, 23, of West New York, New Jersey, and Pablo Rodriguez, 20, of East Boston. Both were charged with Sex for a Fee. As the officers were leaving the apartment, they observed Luis Gimenez where he was placed under arrest and charged with Support from a Prostitutes Earnings. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, personal papers, a calculator, and a bag of marbles were all seized. All four suspects will be arraigned in the East Boston Court on Monday morning.
