Stab Victim in Critical ConditionThe victim of a stabbing is in critical condition after police found the 28-year-old male suffering from a stab to his abdomen. Police from District 13 found the victim last night at about 23:00hrs. outside 26 Walden Street in Jamaica Plain. The victim was transported to the Brigham and Woman’s Hospital. No arrests have been made.
Four Suspects Rob Victim Delivering Food
A 50-year-old male making a food delivery to Jette Court in Brighton reports while walking to the door at about 23:10hrs last night, he was approached by for black males and robbed. One suspect pointed a black firearm at the victim while a second suspect took the victims money. The victim was also sprayed in the eyes by a chemical agent. All four suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Two Arrested After Victim Shot in Jamaica Plain
Yesterday at about 13:13 hrs officers from District 13 responded to School Street and Dixwell Street on a report of shots fired. On arrival, officers broadcasted information over their radios to other units that they obtained from witnesses on scene. Moments later, officers from District 2 stopped a vehicle at 136 Crawford Street matching the description of the vehicle that fled from the scene. Police were also notified that a 23-year-old male had been transported to the Boston Medical Center suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Two people were arrested at the Crawford Street location: Demetrius Ennis, 23, of Roxbury and Emmanuel Delacruz, 17, of Dorchester will be arraigned on Monday in Roxbury District Court and charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon. Ballistic Evidence was recovered at both locations.
East Boston Motor Vehicle Crash Sends Driver to Hospital
Officers from District 7 responded to a motor vehicle accident at 601 Chelsea Street by the Chelsea Street Bridge this morning at about 02:42 hrs. The motor vehicle sustained major damage and officers found the victim suspended upside down with his feet over the roof of the vehicle and his head inches from the ground. The victim was transported to the Massachusetts General Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. MWRA reported that the impact from the crash caused a spring-loaded fuse to become separated interrupting power to the sewerage plant. Nstar responded and restored power. The incident is currently under investigation.
