Man Found Shot in Car in RoxburyAbout 6pm last night, officers from District 2 received a call for a person shot at Perth Street and Quincy Street in Roxbury. An unidentified male was found, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, sitting inside a vehicle. The victim was taken to Boston Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. No arrests have been made.
Two Arrested and Gun Recovered at Ashmont MBTA.
About 9pm last night, officers participating in Operation Rolling Thunder arrested two seventeen-year-old males at the Ashmont T-station. Officers observed Trendall Mason of Dorchester and Dominick Baker of Medford in a restricted area of the station. Further investigation revealed Mason to be in the possession of a loaded .45 caliber Colt firearm. Mason will be charged with trespassing and unlawful possession of a firearm, Baker was arrested for trespassing. Arraignment will be in Dorchester District Court on Tuesday.
Victim Robbed of Pants and Shoes
A Mattapan man was robbed at gunpoint outside of 125 Tremont Street at 4:30am. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim and demanded his shoes and pants. After he was handed the requested items, the suspect fled the scene in a Red Pontiac. The victim was not injured and the suspect remains at large.
Man Robbed at Morton and Norfolk Streets
About 5:48am a Dorchester man was robbed at gunpoint while waiting for the bus at Morton and Norfolk Streets. Tow suspects robbed the victim of about $150.00 and fled on foot. The victim was not injured and a search for the suspects was mad to no avail.
