Yesterday afternoon, Boston Police Homicide Detectives obtained two warrants from the Dorchester District Court for the arrest of two suspects involved in the murder of Terrence Felton.Shortly after midnight on October 1, 2005, officers from District 3 responded to 46 Wildwood Street, Dorchester for a report of a person shot. When the officers arrived on scene, they observed Terrance Felton, 19, of Mattapan, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was treated at the scene and transported to Boston Medical Center. He was pronounced the next morning.
At 3:35pm, Monday afternoon, members of the Youth Violence Strike Force arrested Charles Ussery, 18, of Boston at 465 Columbus Avenue. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition and Accessory before and after a Homicide. He was arraigned in Dorchester District Court this morning and held on $500,000.00 cash bail.
Boston Police have not located the second suspect. Police have a warrant for, Murder and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition, for Issac Lane, 27, of Boston and Fitchburg.
