Officers from District 4 responded to a shooting yesterday at about 1:33pm at 375 Columbus Ave. On arrival, officers found Leonard D. Thomas, 23, of Boston suffering from multiple gun shot wounds. The victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. A firearm was recovered at the crime scene.Boston Police Homicide Detectives continue to investigate this incident.
