On August 23, 2006, Homicide detectives secured an arrest warrant for 19 year-old Steven Sayles of Dorchester charging him with Accessory After Fact for the shooting murder of Annalicia Perry. Today Sayles, accompanied by his attorney, surrendered himself to Boston Police Homicide investigators and will be arraigned this afternoon at Roxbury District Court.The Boston Police
