Human Trafficking Unit Arrests Two Suspects in Dorchester and Hyde Park

At about 6:45 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2026, members of the Human Trafficking Unit conducted an investigation which resulted in the arrest of Ted Petit Frere, 23, of Hyde Park in the area of 66 West Street, Hyde Park. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on a warrant issued out of West Roxbury District Court for the following charges:

  • Enticement for sex, “child” under 16
  • Electronic enticement for sex, actual child under 18
  • Statutory rape
  • Pose/exhibit, child in a sexual act
  • Trafficking of person under 18 for sexual servitude.

About 7:20 PM, on Monday, July 27, 2026, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) and the Human Trafficking Unit arrested Sebastien Francois, 27, of Dorchester, in the area of 23 District Avenue, Dorchester. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on a warrant issued out of Dorchester District Court for:

  • Assault and battery
  • Aggravated statutory rape of a child
  • Sell/deliver, liquor to a person under 21
  • Pose/exhibit, child in a sexual act
  • Trafficking of person under 18 for sexual services
  • Entice a child under 16
  • Electronic enticement of child for human trafficking.
