At about 1:15 PM, on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, officers assigned to the Citywide Drug Control Unit, along with the District D-4 Drug Control Unit (South End), while conducting a drug investigation in the area of Atkinson Street and Bradston Street, arrested Jason Latimore, 40, of Dorchester,
After hours of surveillance, Jason Latimore was observed distributing narcotics and receiving money in the Southampton Street area. As a result of the investigation, officers recovered; a Firearm, Fentanyl, Cocaine, Crack Cocaine, a digital scale, small plastic bags and $2889.00 in USC.
The firearm was determined to be a Glock 9mm, loaded with fifteen rounds of ammunition.
Jason Latimore was arrested and charged with; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Unlawful Possession of a High-Capacity Firearm, Trafficking; Class B, Drugs, Crack Cocaine and Distribution of Class B, Drugs. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
