At about 2:30am, on Sunday, January 16, 2011, officers from Area A-7 (East Boston) responded to a radio call for a loud party in the area of 1148 Bennington Street. On arrival, officers located, observed and heard a loud party with about a 100 party-goers. While approaching the location, officers observed several discarded beer bottles in and around the snow banks leading up to the address. Once inside, officers knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. While waiting outside the door, officers could hear hurried movements and scurrying inside the location. After knocking on the door for several minutes, the door was finally opened.  Once inside, officers observed several empty beer bottles strewn about the apartment.

Officers arrested Joe Monge, 22, of Boston, Jean Mencia, 20, of Boston and Gio Ruzi, 20, of Boston and charged all three with Being Disorderly.
