DEATH INVESTIGATION – 31 Leyland Street, Dorchester – Area B-2

On Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at approximately 10:20pm, Boston Police Officers assigned out of Area B-2, responded to 31 Leyland Street, Dorchester for a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers located a black male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the hallway of the building. Boston EMS was called to the scene and transported the victim to Boston Medical Center for treatment. The victim later succumb to his wounds and was pronounced.

At this time, the victim is only being described as a black male in his thirties.

Boston Police Homicide Detectives are actively investigating the facts and circumstances of this incident.
