At about 12:08pm, on Thursday, October 12, 2007, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call to investigate the premises at 62 Elm Hill Avenue in Roxbury. On arrival, officers located a male, believed to be in his 60’s, suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was pronounced at the scene. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending family notifications. An autopsy is being conducted to determine cause and manner of death and also to approximate time of death.The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
