WHAT: The Boston Police Department is hosting an Open House for their new Field Support Division at 170 Hancock St. The location houses the Youth Violence Strike Force, the Boston Police School Police and the Tactical Bicycle Unit. The BPD is taking this opportunity to introduce members of the community to the location, which has been recently renovated. The event will include Police demonstrations, ponies, and an appearance by McGruff the Crime Dog. Refreshments will be served.
