Local Store Robbed at Knife PointYesterday at 4:17pm, officers in District A-1 responded to a radio call for an armed robbery at 200 State Street. On arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that a black male wearing a black ball cap, sunglasses, and a brown leather jacket asked her “Do you sell Celtic stuff\”? The victim stated she walked towards the back room not knowing that the suspect was following her. Before the victim could enter the room the suspect pressed a knife against the victim’s mid-section and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area.
Person Shot in Mattapan
Last night while on patrol around 6:52pm, officers in District B-3 were flagged down by a citizen who stated that someone was shot at 1198 Blue Hill Avenue. On arrival, officers located a black male suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for a non-life threatening injury.
Found Body in Jamaica Plain
Last night at 7: 45pm, officers in District E-13 responded to a report of a found body at 3529 Washington Street. Officers located skeletal remains in a field. Investigators are currently investigating the circumstances behind this incident. At this time, Boston Police believe the remains are that of a male victim, however, the victim’s age and race has not been determined.

On arrival, officers located a black male suffering from a stab wound to the chest. The victim was transported to Beth Israel Hospital for treatment. The victim’s injuries are serious, but he is in stable condition.
