DAILY INCIDENTS FOR AUGUST 30. 2006

Seven People Arrested At Loud PartyThis morning around 12:22am, officers in District 14 responded to a radio call for vandalism in progress at 30 Glenville Avenue. Prior to arriving officers were informed that glass bottles were being thrown off the roof at that location. When the officers arrived on scene they observed broken glass on the sidewalk and street in front of 30 Glenville Avenue. Officers observed people on the roof above the broken glass. Once on the roof officers observed about five people with plastic cups of beer. Philip Weiss, 20, of Allston; Joshua Tohen, 20, of Allston; Vladimir Krastevtch, 20, of Allston; Brian Wilson, 20, of Brookline arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace and Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Persons Under 21. Zachery Jenkins, 20, of Allston was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace, Possession of Class D and Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Person Under 21. Daniel Thorn, 21, of Allston was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace and Trespassing. Also arrested was Lauren Moon, 20, of Allston charged with Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Person Under 21. Officers did recover drugs from one of the suspect.
Loud Party Ends in Three Arrests
Early this morning around 1:50am, officers in District 14 responded to a radio call for a loud party at 9 Raynor Road. On arrival officers could hear loud music and conversation emanating from Apartment 2. As officers approached the door they could hear bottles smashing inside of the apartment. Officers knocked then entered the apartment and discovered the apartment in complete disarray. Officer observed broken appliances, smashed bottles and food products (mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.) on the floor and walls. Officers asked members of this group if they resided at this residence and they all responded no. The three suspects began to protest the officer’s investigation and caused other members to protest, which lead to further disruption. Mason Bates, 21, of Brighton, Caroline Dobrowski, 21, of Chestnut Hill and Taylor Lincoln, 21 of Chestnut Hill, were all arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace.
