Four People Arrested at Clifton Street and Blue Hill AvenueEarly this morning officers in District 2 responded to Clifton Street and Blue Hill Avenue for a large crowd at the Breezeway. Upon arrival officers observed several people walking in the street obstructing traffic and creating a danger to themselves and motorists. Officers began to disperse the crowd when several members of the crowd became hostile towards officers. Tonita Rivera, 34, of Mattapan charged with Disorderly Person, Troy Jenkins, 33, of Dorchester charged with Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Also arrested was Christian White, 27, of Dorchester and Keon Scott, 28, of Mattapan both charged with Disorderly Person and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer.
Man Arrested for Stolen Vehicle
Early this morning officers in District 1 responded to a radio call to investigate a person attempting to steal a Motorcycle at Public Alley 301. On arrival officers observed the suspect standing near the door to an apartment. The caller stated to officers that he heard a loud banging noise outside and observed the suspect attempting to start the motorcycle. David Peach, 23, of Scituate was placed under arrest and charged with Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle.
