Daily Incidents For May 24, 2006

Four Men arrested for DrugsYesterday evening at 6:25pm officers from district 11’s Drug Control Unit observed a drug transaction at the corner of Adams and Westglow Streets. When officers pulled over the vehicle, one of the suspects, attempted to flee. When stopped, he pushed the officer and threw a white object to the ground. Officers recovered a plastic bag of white powder believed to be cocaine. Cepeda Guzman, 30, of Brockton and Johnny Melo, 40, of Bedford were charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute Class B and Aaron Toye, 31, of Braintree as well as Jamie Haines, 27, of Paulsboro were charged with Possession Of Class A. Officers seized Cocaine, heroin, syringes, US Currency and cell phones from the suspects.
Man arrested for Drug Possession
This morning around 2:21am officers in district 1 observed the suspect rolling a marijuana cigarette. Upon observing the officers, the suspect attempted to throw the cigarette to the floor. Zackeriah Bouthiller, 22, of Webster was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of class D.
Pair Arrested for Tagging
Early this morning officers at District 14 while investigating a call for shots fired were approached by a witness who stated he observed two people spray painting graffiti on the side of a building. Officers observed the two suspects, walking down Lincoln Street. The officers observed a backpack with assorted paint stains. When Officers spoke with the two suspects, they stated that they came from a friend’s house but could not provide an address or phone number. Officers then asked them where they were going and they stated that they parked their vehicle in Kenmore Square and was walking back to their car. Danielle Bremner, 24, of New York and Philip Nynkowski, 23, of Toronto were placed under arrest and charged with Damage to Property by Graffiti/Tagging (18 counts) and Trespassing. Officers seized 15 cans of spray paint.

    We (Toronto Transit Commission Police) arrested this couple Philip Nynkowski and Danielle Bremner this morning at 4:10am while they were spray painting subway trains parked in the yard.We had been conducting surveillance for the past month to apprehend them.
    They have been active for atleast 2 years in the Toronto area.
    Several counts of Mischief will be laid.
    For any other agencies looking for suspects their tags are CAUSR, CAUZR, and ERIN. DP, MVP,
