The Boston Police Department and Suffolk County District Attorney\’s Office today announce that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has officially ruled the death of Dominique Samuels to be a homicide. The cause of Ms. Samuel\’s death was homicidal asphyxiation of undetermined mechanism. Homicide detectives and representatives of the district attorney\’s office are continuing a thorough and active investigation in order to bring the person or people responsible for Ms. Samuel\’s murder to justice.
