Boston Police Arrest Another Suspect Profiled on America’s Most Wanted

\"kurtAt 9:00am this morning members of the Youth Violence Strike Force responded to an address in Roslindale and arrested Kurt Thompson, 20, of Roslindale. Thompson was featured on the television show America’s Most Wanted last month. He was found hiding inside a residence on Highcrest Road and was arrested without incident. The officers were armed with a straight warrant from the West Roxbury District Court for Armed Robbery and Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon. He also was wanted in the Norfolk Superior Court for Armed Robbery and in the Dedham District Court for Buying, Receiving or Concealing Stolen Goods.
On July 10, 2005, Kurt Thompson and three other men attacked and robbed a 16 year-old juvenile from Boston. The victim was with three girls when he was attacked, beaten, and robbed of his money, watch, and cell phone. The suspects beat the victim resulting in contusions and bruises to his face and body. The victim required 16 stitches to close a laceration over his left eye. The victim as well as his friends had feared that the suspects would retaliate due to their cooperation with the Boston Police Department.
