Boston Police Incidents for December 27, 2005

Five Arrested in Stolen Motor Vehicles on McGreevey WayThis morning at 02:57 officers from District 2 responded to 33 McGreevey Way in Roxbury on a report of two men offering three other people a ride in two stolen cars. Officers arrested Nageebha Bello, 18, of Brookline; Dayona Bolle, 20, Brookline; Aimee Mayers, 19, Brookline; Geraldo Cuevas, 20, Jamaica Plain, and Jean Pabon (male), 23, of Jamaica Plain were all arrested and charged with receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle. They will be arraigned in Roxbury Court. Both stolen vehicles were recovered.
Suspect Wanted for Assaulting Victim’s with Vehicle
Two women leaving a nightclub at 02:34 this morning found a cell phone on Lenox and Tremont Street. The owner of the cell phone called it and asked where he could retrieve it and give the women a reward. Two males and a female met the women when the male wearing a red fur coat retrieved the phone and an unknown female punched one of the women in the face. All three suspects fled the scene in a Mercedes. Moments later, the same vehicle attempted to run the women down as they stood on the sidewalk at Lenox and Tremont Street. The suspects remain at large.
Five Transported to Hospital After Vehicle Crash in Back Bay
Five people were transported to the Massachusetts General Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries after colliding with another vehicle at Arlington and Boylston Streets. Officers from District 4 responded to a radio call for a crash with injuries last night at 22:20. On arrival the officers observed on vehicle on its side. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and the incident is currently under investigation.
North End Resident Arrest in Brighton Bar
A detail officer working at the Kells on Brighton Ave requested that two individuals leave the premise. After making 16 requests the officer requested a transport vehicle to respond and assist him. At that point one of the two males quieted down and left the scene. Kevin Mitchell, 24, of Boston refused to leave and was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He’ll be arraigned in Brighton District Court.
