The Boston Police Homicide Unit continues to investigate the homicides that occurred at 43 Bourneside Street. Homicide detectives state that preliminary investigations indicate a motive for these murders has not been identified but evidence suggests that there was no forced entry into the basement area. Homicide Investigators continue to conduct interviews and investigate all leads into this investigation. Late this afternoon, full family notifications were completed and all four victims have been identified. They are as follows: 22-year-old Jihad Chankhour of Wakefield, 21-year-old Edwin Duncan of Dorchester, 19-year-old Christopher Vieiria of Wakefield, and 21-year- old Jason Bachiller of Wakefield.Homicide investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle that is wanted in connection with this investigation. A 1998 black Ford escort hatchback with tinted windows and Massachusetts plate 867 ECX. This vehicle is considered and has been reported stolen and if observed by the public, they are asked to not to approach the car and to contact the police immediately.
