Suspect Charged with Murder After Shooting Two People in Hyde Park

At approximately 10:03 AM, on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, officers assigned to District E-18 (Hyde Park) responded to a radio call for shots fired on Faraday Street, Hyde Park. Upon arrival, officers located two adult victims (female and male) suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to local hospitals with life threatening injuries.
