Captain Boyle and Officers from District E-18 hosted an appreciation lunch for the dedicated Traffic Supervisors/Crossing Guards in Hyde Park at the E-18 station.
Our officers welcomed them in for a great conversation about their day-to-day experiences on the street, ways we can continue to support their important work, and to answer any questions they had..
To wrap up the afternoon, each crossing guard was presented with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of their commitment to keeping our city safe.
