At about 10:27 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026, officers assigned to District D-14 (Brighton) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 20 Rugg Road in Allston.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim inside of the location suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
