At about 7:36 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a breaking and entering in progress in the area of 111 Devonshire Street in Boston.
While enroute, officers received information via BPD Operations that three males were climbing up the fire escape in an attempt to gain access to the building at the aforementioned location.
Upon arrival, officers observed three individuals matching the description of the suspect in the alleyway next to the building. Upon seeing officers, the three suspects fled, but were promptly apprehended in the area of 276 Washington Street and at the intersection of Washington Street and Court Street. Officers did not observe any signs of entry into the building.
Officers arrested a 15-year-old juvenile male of Hyde Park and two 15-year-old juvenile males of Everett. All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court for Trespassing.
