At about 11:19 AM on Friday, October 24, 2025, detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) arrested 69-year-old Jorge Cartagena, of Allston, following an investigation into multiple indecent exposure incidents that occurred in the area of 835 Huntington Avenue during the morning hours.
Detectives received reports of an individual exposing and touching himself in front of children while they waited for their school bus in the area. The individual was observed leaving the scene on a scooter shortly after the children boarded the bus.
After an extensive investigation by District B-2 Detectives, Cartagena was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court for the charge of Open & Gross Lewdness.
