CANCEL-BPD Community Alert: Detectives No Longer Seek the Public’s Assistance to Identify an Individual Following Assault Investigation in Roxbury
Detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual involved in an assault incident that occurred at about 7:55 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at a Dunkin’ Donuts located at 2360 Washington Street in Roxbury.
During the incident, a male entered the store and became verbally aggressive toward staff after being denied a custom drink request. The individual made several concerning verbal threats, including statements implying harm toward an employee. The male then exited the store, removed a red jacket he had been wearing, and returned moments later to make additional threats consistent with the earlier ones before leaving the area.
