Downtown Officers Arrested Three Suspects on Drug Charges

At about 7:15 PM, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) arrested Alexandra Felix, 29, of Salem, Malik Martin, 22, of Boston, and Phillip Blain, 21, of Boston, for various drug offenses.

Officers were conducting a drug investigation in the area of Tremont Street by the Boston Commons to address ongoing quality of life issues and drug use. Officers observed two individuals loitering in the area of 128 Tremont Street. Officers monitored the individuals and observed on several occasions what they believed to be street level drug transactions.

Officers continued to watch the two male individuals and observed a female individual walk up to them. The group now huddled together, and officers could see the female looking to inspect an item in her hand before walking towards Hamilton Place.

Officers quickly converged on the area and stopped the female suspect inside the Park Street Train Station. Officers conducted a search of the suspect, and recovered crack cocaine and Fentanyl from her sweatshirt pocket.

Officers were able to locate the two male suspects inside a parked motor vehicle in the area of Arch Street and Summer Street. The suspects were requested to exit the vehicle and were placed into handcuffs.

Officers conducted a search of the suspects and recovered a plastic bag of crack cocaine and approximately $1,745 in U.S. Currency.

Martin and Blain were placed under arrest and charged with Distribution of Class A, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B.

Felix was charged with Possession of Class A, and Possession of Class B. Officers determined that she also had three warrants for her arrest for Possession of Class C, Receiving Stolen Property, and Breaking and Entering.

All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
