At around 6:19 AM on Friday, March 1, 2024, Officers from District A-1 (Downtown) apprehended Juan Gracia-Rodriguez, aged 36 and a resident of Boston, on charges related to breaking and entering and trespassing.
Responding to a call reporting a breaking and entering at 67 Beacon St, officers arrived to find an open door at the scene. Upon announcing their presence, they spotted the suspect emerging from the safe room. The officers issued verbal commands, which the suspect complied with, leading to his arrest.
Gracia-Rodriguez faces charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime and trespassing. He is expected to be arraigned at Boston Municipal Court.
