BPD in the Community: Officers assigned to the Community Service Office of District A-1 (Downtown) and the Bureau of Community Engagement celebrated the Lunar New Year of the Dragon alongside teenagers from Youth Empowerment Services (YES) in Chinatown. Officers surprised the teens by providing pizza and a traditional Chinese cake as part of the festivities. The evening wrapped up with officers engaging the teenagers in trivia, with winners receiving gifts and chocolates. This event has been hosted by the Community Service Office for over 20 years, making it an occasion officers eagerly anticipate each year.
