BPD in the Community: District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) Captain Cogavin, and Community Service officers were thrilled to be invited for a tour of the newly opened Dominican Republic Consulate in Jamaica Plain. The officers were able to explore ways to work in partnership with the Consulate’s office in providing services for community members in need.
