At about 9:44 PM, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, officers assigned to District C-6 (South Boston) arrested, Alexander Aulet, 40, of Fitchburg for a stabbing that occured at 112 Southampton St.
Officers responded inside the shelter for a report of a stabbing, the victim suffered non-life threatening wounds to the shoulder and lower back, The suspect was quickly identified on scene and placed under arrest by officers in the area on a code 19.
Aulet was placed under arrest and charged with: Assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
