BPD in the Community: On Thursday June 15, 2023, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End) hosted students from the Boston Green Academy to celebrate the end of the school year with a basketball game and a barbeque lunch which was sponsored by the Boston Police Activities League (PAL). After lunch, the BPD Ice Cream Truck stopped by to make sure all the players had a cold treat before being invited on a tour of the district station, followed by a question and answer session.
