At about 12:42am, on Thursday, June 16, 2011, officers from Area A-1 (Downtown) responded to a call for three white males vandalizing cars in the area of 160 Endicott Street. According to the caller, the male suspects were seen breaking side mirrors off of several cars. When officers arrived on scene, several witnesses pointed in the direction of the suspects. Officers apprehended the suspects and returned them to the scene of the incident. Once there, several witnesses positively identified the three individuals responsible for the damage.
Officers arrested Brandon Zagarella, 18, of Andover, Michael Trwari, 28, of Andover and Justin Jerackas, 22, of New Hampshire and charged all three with the Willful & Malicious Destruction Property.
