About 6:50PM, officers from District A-1 (Downtown Boston) responded to the intersection of Stuart and Washington Streets for a robbery in progress.
En route, officers were advised that the suspect was still on scene with the victim. On arrival, officers observed a man and a woman. Officers spoke to the man who reported to them that he met the suspect and they engaged in a conversation about having money for sex, with the woman to receive monetary compensation for her services. The victim reported that the “negotiations” broke down and the female suspect took his phone and refused to give it back to him. The victim reported that the suspect started to walk away from him after taking his phone and when he caught up to her at Washington and Stuarts Street, she threw his phone to the ground damaging it. In addition, the victim reported that the suspect also took about $40 from him.
The suspect, Felicia Younge, 38 of Dorchester was arrested and charged with Unarmed Robbery.
