At about 8:20pm, on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, members of the Boston Fire and Boston Police Harbor Units responded to a call for a report of a body in the water in the area of 302 Congress Street. Members from the Boston Fire Department\’s Harbor Unit entered the water and recovered the body of a male victim believed to be in his early forties. Cause and manner of death remain under investigation. However, preliminary investigation indicates no visible signs of trauma.
